Cowboy Trail Rides is a family-owned horseback tour business located in Southern Nevada's most popular outdoor recreation area, only a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Our ranch is in the heart the spectacular Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. We offer horseback trail rides, barbeque dinners, and Western entertainment for individuals, families, and larger groups. With miles of riding trails in a magnificent desert setting, a herd of beautiful, well-trained horses, and a staff of professional cowboy and cowgirl guides, our Red Rock stable beckons to guests who want a taste of the real Old West. From the Canyon Rim Ride every morning to the Sunset Trail Ride and BBQ Dinner every evening, we have a tour that may well be the highlight of your Las Vegas vacation. Cowboy Trail Rides

1. The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is currently experiencing extreme draught conditions, and the Bureau of Land Management has imposed a ban on open fires, effective from the middle of May 2008 and probably continuing into early fall. We regret that we won’t be able to have our traditional open campfires during the Sunset BBQ Trail Ride this summer. But we’ll still roast marshmallows over the coals in our grill, and we’ll gather ‘round the lantern light for conversation and entertainment after dinner. Our regular campfires will return as soon as the ban is lifted.
2. Well, its that time again, where I get away from the horses and get to sit behind a desk and make some changes to the website! We have been talking about taking and putting those good looking pictures that you send us up on the site for all to see for a long time now, and im finally going to do that!! If you have a picture or a bunch of pictures that you would like to send from your experience with us, you can send them to Pictures@cowboytrailrides.com.
